Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (must be able to travel quarterly to Lansing, MI headquarters)
- Standard call center schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed
- Must be camera-ready during work hours
What You’ll Do
- Assist players through phone, live chat, and email with account, product, and service inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues on mobile, tablet, and desktop applications
- Communicate special offers to VIP customers and maintain strong player relationships
- Protect customer confidentiality and follow company protocols
- Track and report customer concerns while meeting performance goals
- Stay current on new processes and actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 2+ years inbound call center or support experience
- 1+ year working remotely and meeting KPIs
- Reliable high-speed internet and ability to pass speed test
- Strong computer, smartphone, and tablet troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous technical support experience a plus
