Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote (must be able to travel quarterly to Lansing, MI headquarters)
  • Standard call center schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed
  • Must be camera-ready during work hours

What You’ll Do

  • Assist players through phone, live chat, and email with account, product, and service inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on mobile, tablet, and desktop applications
  • Communicate special offers to VIP customers and maintain strong player relationships
  • Protect customer confidentiality and follow company protocols
  • Track and report customer concerns while meeting performance goals
  • Stay current on new processes and actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

What You Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • 2+ years inbound call center or support experience
  • 1+ year working remotely and meeting KPIs
  • Reliable high-speed internet and ability to pass speed test
  • Strong computer, smartphone, and tablet troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous technical support experience a plus
