Schedule
- Part-time role: Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays
- Remote (must have secure and distraction-free home workspace)
- Training schedule may differ from assigned shift post-training
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls in English and Spanish regarding transportation benefits.
- Provide courteous, empathetic, and accurate support to health plan members.
- Escalate service concerns to leadership when necessary.
- Meet productivity goals (Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per Hour, and Customer Satisfaction).
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure member privacy.
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency: English and Spanish.
- 6+ months of inbound call center or healthcare experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Strong communication and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism.
- Reliable internet (80–100 Mbps download, 12–20 Mbps upload).
- BYOD: Must supply compatible Windows-based computer (Macs, Chromebooks, tablets not accepted).
