Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Training provided on Cranial Technologies’ unique treatment and insurance process
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to families over the phone
- Enter patient registration details and schedule evaluation appointments accurately
- Identify scheduling conflicts or trends across clinic calendars
- Coordinate information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics
- Review co-pays, cost-sharing, and financial responsibilities with families
- Handle a variable call volume across multiple queues, averaging 40–70 calls per day
- Deliver compassionate, efficient communication to help families move forward quickly
What You Need
- 1–2 years of customer service or related experience
- 1–2 years of experience with computer software
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work with families from diverse backgrounds
- Professional demeanor in both written and spoken communication
- Proactive mindset with the ability to quickly absorb new information
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills to manage daily workload effectively
