Schedule

  • Remote (United States only)
  • Shifts listed: 11:00am–8:00pm ET and 12:00pm–9:00pm ET (evening coverage)
  • May support select outbound campaigns as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Provide world-class support to customers via phone, email, and web chat
  • Respond to inbound questions and assist with outbound follow-ups for started applications
  • Review and process application info and loan documents while following compliance guidelines
  • Document interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM
  • Share customer insights with leadership to improve products, policies, and operations
  • Follow up fast, resolve issues clean, and aim for first contact resolution
  • Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better support customers

What You Need

  • Prior banking and/or lending experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience, plus strong general tech comfort
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Strong multitasking and priority management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with sensitive financial data
  • Customer-first approach, with strong team collaboration
  • Adaptable, quick to learn new tools and processes

Pay

  • $24.04/hour base (may include incentives based on performance)

This is the part where I’m going to push you a little: the shift is the whole game. If you can’t do 12–9 ET consistently, don’t waste the application. If you can, this role pays noticeably better than a lot of remote CSR work and gives you fintech experience you can leverage later.
