Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.)
  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST
  • Must be bilingual (English + Spanish required)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls daily with one-call resolution.
  • Provide accurate information on program rules, enrollment, and services.
  • Assist individuals with paperwork and program requirements.
  • Document all interactions in web-based case records.
  • Use person-centered techniques to ensure callers feel heard and supported.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information (PHI/Medicaid compliance).

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience with Medicaid or healthcare customer support is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
