What will you be doing:
The CSR answers telephone calls from employees and their dependents, hospital and physician providers and employer representatives. They explain in detail all assigned client’s group health plan benefits including but not limited to specific plan benefits administered by HDP, eligibility and network related questions

- Years of Applicable Experience – 1 or more years
Skills & Experience:
- Call Center, Customer Service, Health Benefits
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Experience to include:
- Customer Service call center experience with health insurance benefits and billing, including CPT & ICD coding.
