Schedule
- Fully remote position with company-provided equipment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Requires stable internet connection (50 Mbps up and down)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and outbound follow-ups with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide benefit information, resolve issues, and record details in proprietary ASH systems
- Utilize multiple systems and resources to ensure timely responses and resolutions
- Support internal and external customers while meeting call center performance goals
- Attend staff meetings and complete ongoing training to foster teamwork and compliance
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (inbound call center preferred)
- Basic computer skills with ability to navigate multiple systems during calls
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality
