Schedule

  • Fully remote position with company-provided equipment
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Requires stable internet connection (50 Mbps up and down)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and outbound follow-ups with professionalism and accuracy
  • Provide benefit information, resolve issues, and record details in proprietary ASH systems
  • Utilize multiple systems and resources to ensure timely responses and resolutions
  • Support internal and external customers while meeting call center performance goals
  • Attend staff meetings and complete ongoing training to foster teamwork and compliance

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (inbound call center preferred)
  • Basic computer skills with ability to navigate multiple systems during calls
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality
