Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
  • $15.00/hr.
  • Company-provided technology and remote training
  • Must maintain reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and occasional outbound calls from providers, members, and health plans
  • Provide benefit information, resolve issues, and forward complex cases to appropriate departments
  • Access and navigate multiple proprietary systems to retrieve and document information
  • Ensure timely follow-up and meet key performance metrics
  • Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues and foster team collaboration
  • Comply with all legal, compliance, and company standards

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (inbound call center preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems during customer interactions
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
