- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and occasional outbound calls from providers, members, and health plans
- Provide benefit information, resolve issues, and forward complex cases to appropriate departments
- Access and navigate multiple proprietary systems to retrieve and document information
- Ensure timely follow-up and meet key performance metrics
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues and foster team collaboration
- Comply with all legal, compliance, and company standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience (inbound call center preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems during customer interactions
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
