Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, remote (Mideast region)
- Must be able to work occasional overtime
- Pay: $16.04 – $22.00/hr (CA, CO, NY, WA: $18.00 – $24.00/hr)
- Company-provided office equipment
What You’ll Do
- Contact body shops, insurance companies, and vehicle owners to secure release authorizations
- Coordinate pickup and transport, including 3-way calls when needed
- Search VINs with the “DeCode This” tool and update vehicle files accurately
- Make 100+ calls per day and process 60+ live lots daily
- Document all actions and maintain accurate system notes
- Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with colleagues
- Follow Copart policies to ensure quality and consistency
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service or office support experience
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM and familiarity with 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with professional virtual presence
- Bilingual skills a plus
