Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 11:45 AM – 8:15 PM EST
  • Six weeks of training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
  • 24/7 call center environment; holidays treated as normal workdays unless approved PTO
  • 40 hours per week, full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusting relationships by fully understanding members’ behavioral health needs
  • Guide members through benefits, claims, policies, and resources
  • Anticipate needs and provide clear, caring solutions
  • Review claim histories for accuracy and benefit tracking
  • Document interactions and educate members on rights, responsibilities, and available online tools

What You Need

  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

  • Behavioral health, medical, or insurance background
  • Prior remote work experience
