Schedule
- Start Date: September 9, 2025
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Full-time, remote (Arizona residents only)
- Must attend 100% of training on camera during the first 30 days
- Overtime as required
Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls (up to 100+ per day) from members regarding transportation services
- Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations following structured protocols
- Document all conversations and ensure accuracy of trip details in the system
- Resolve member concerns or escalate to appropriate departments
- Educate members on services and insurance coverage
- Multitask efficiently using multiple systems while maintaining professionalism
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Must reside in Arizona
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM while talking with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated, private workspace at home
- High-speed internet: 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload (must be hardwired to modem; speed test required)
