This position is full – time (40 hours / week). Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. The position is a remote work from home.
We offer 4 – 5 weeks of training. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
- Respond to complex customer calls
- Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:
- Scheduling of Physician appointments
- Clarification of Patient Demographics
- Process calls for client facility scheduling

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 2+ years of equivalent working experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment, using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
- Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Soft Skills:
- Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
- Ability to multi – task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $16.00 – $20.38. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $16.00 – $22.45. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
