How to join?
Ready to join? Click “Apply Now” and complete your profile. You will then be prompted to complete an online assessment. This assessment takes about 30 minutes to complete. If you are among the qualified candidates, you will receive an invitation to login to our online portal to complete a background check and a technology scan. You can view our technology requirements here. After successfully completing your technology scan, you will have access to view and apply to our open client program contracts. Overview
Client Programs:
When you join the WooHoo! Crew, you can work providing customer support in any of these industries: education, travel and hospitality, fitness, arts and crafts, real estate, health and insurance, senior living, nursing credentialing, and youth sports.
Schedule:
When you join Working Solutions, you work when it’s convenient for you. Our contract hours range from 15 to 40+ hours per week and you can select the hours that are convenient for you.
Compensation:
Contract pay rates vary depending on the client, but we make sure we offer the best rate that we can to our contractors. Working Solutions contractors have earned up to $19/hour (paid by the minute worked)
Required Skills
Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service across different channels (phone, chat, e-mail)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Friendly tone and professional demeanor

Tech-savvy and avid computer user

Technology & Equipment Requirements:
Personal computer (no tablet)
Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
