Pay Rate: $15/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST (Remote position)

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, offering top-tier support through phone, email, and live chat. You’ll also gather customer feedback to help enhance our merchandise, website usability, and policies, contributing to increased customer satisfaction and retention.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Follow up on order issues and suggest process improvements
  • Identify areas for improvement based on customer feedback
  • Draft clear and effective messages for customer communication
  • Manage orders through our system

Experience & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, live chat)
  • 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Experience in proofreading, copy editing, or writing is preferred
  • Background in e-commerce or print/design is a plus
  • Work-from-home experience is beneficial
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in web browsers
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
