Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Youngstown, Ohio. This role primarily involves working within the manufacturing industry and focuses on providing excellent customer service, processing customer applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. As part of our team, you will be performing your duties remotely, ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent and compassionate customer service to both new and existing customers
• Process and manage customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely resolutions
• Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure coordinated work efforts
• Answer calls from healthcare professionals regarding prescription drug benefits
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize various skills such as Call Center Customer Service, Assist Customers, and Remote Assistance for efficient work performance
• Perform data entry tasks as required, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
• Work independently while understanding the importance of team communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service role
• Ability to assist customers effectively in a fast-paced call center environment
• Proficiency in handling high volume inbound calls
• Knowledge of call center metrics and the ability to meet and exceed these metrics
• Experience in providing remote assistance to customers
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, with understanding of pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefit management
• Ability to work in a high volume call center setting with efficiency and professionalism
• Flexibility to work in different shifts as required by the call center schedule
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and customer management
• High school diploma or equivalent, higher education will be a plus.
