This is a customer support role for someone who can be warm, fast, and precise at the same time. You’ll help Spoonflower customers with orders and product questions, troubleshoot issues with good judgment, and keep service metrics strong while working a Sunday–Thursday schedule.

- Sunday to Thursday
- Ongoing applications until filled
- Must live in a state where Shutterfly is registered to do business (all U.S. states except DC, North Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming)
What You’ll Do
- Support customers via email, live messaging, and phone on Spoonflower.com
- Provide information about products, services, and order status
- Resolve order-related issues using sound judgment and quick thinking
- Help customers upload and prepare digital images for printing
- Meet and maintain performance metrics for resolutions, CSAT, and QA
- Document customer interactions for internal tracking and reporting
- Share feedback with Strategy and Management related to recurring challenges across engineering, product, marketing, and operations
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and policies
What You Need
- Customer service experience (required)
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (required)
- Zendesk experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong time management and productivity habits
- Respectful, empathetic communication skills in writing and on the phone
- Comfort with exposure to designs and language you may consider offensive (per role environment)
