As a Customer Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch service and support. You?ll handle inquiries with care, offering solutions and maintaining our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage customer queries and concerns.
  • Conduct detailed research to resolve issues effectively.
  • Document all interactions accurately.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications.
