What You Will Do:
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with internal and external customers – Are you nice? Do you like people?
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and guarantee client satisfaction on every call.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of CDI products – we train you on this!
- Provide product solutions by resolving and troubleshooting customer issues – we train this too!
- Ability to manage multiple applications/screens at one time – multitasking anyone?
Things That We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a call center
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite with emphasis on Word and Excel
- A customer-centric background with a focus on conflict resolution and escalation management
- Bilingual English/French or Canadian French is a plus!!!
