- This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am – 5:00pm) rotating one Saturday per month with varying hours during the day shift.
- It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and support by conducting audits across several departments, including call, claim, eligibility, intake and system configuration
- Provide feedback and reports to team members on audit results
- Analyze information to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performance
- Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance
- Training team for upcoming and/or new projects.
- This role is equally challenging and rewarding. The entire customer service operation is reliant on your ability to audit calls and provide feedback to team members, as well as analyzing information to build recommendations.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
- Demonstrated expertise in use of call center software programs
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office including Outlook (ability to create, edit, save, and send documents), Word (ability to create, edit, save, and send documents), and Excel (ability to create, edit, save, and send documents).
- Medical Assistant License/Certification
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service call auditing; preferably in health care
- Bilingual in fluency in English and Spanish

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $17.12 to $30.34. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $18.80 to $33.41.
