What Will Your Role Be?
- Answer inbound customer service calls explaining bills to patients
- Identify issues with the billing process that may have resulted in patients being incorrectly billed
- Take payments, set up payment plans, and screen for financial assistance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Internet Connection:
- High speed Internet connection (DSL / Cable) capable of speeds over 100 mbps.
Workspace Guidelines:
- Work area must be quiet and free of distractions
- Work area must have adequate lighting without glare
- Desk, chair and workspace must be ergonomically correct and designed to safely accommodate the equipment

Salary Description
$17/hour
