What You’ll Do
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver friendly, professional customer experiences
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability (seasonal role)
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort learning new technologies and navigating systems
- Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
- Bring-your-own-device requirements:
- Desktop or laptop only (no Mac, Chromebook, tablet, iPad, or phone)
- Windows 11+
- 8GB RAM or higher
- Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
- Internet requirements:
