Riverside Insights is hiring temporary Customer Service support for the fall season (starting the end of September 2022). Members of this cohort will support customers across all contact channels (including, but not limited to, phone, chat, and e-mailed tickets). Interactions usually include addressing order entry needs and product inquiries, but resources will be provided to representatives to help address other sorts of requests as well.

Position Details:

Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following core competencies:

Prioritize a detail-oriented approach while being mindful of productivity targets
Willing and able to learn and absorb new information quickly and apply resources and knowledge successfully to various scenarios
Able to multitask effectively
Enthusiastic and comfortable interacting professionally with customers and colleagues in a remote setting through written and verbal communication channels (including high volume calls, tickets and chats)
Flexible to adapt to project assignments based upon business needs

Preferred experience:

Customer Service (interacting with customers via various contact channels)
Ticketing Systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
CRM (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
Professional experience in the field of education is desired, but not necessary
Required equipment/software:

Reliable Windows PC computer (no Apple computer)
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
Hard-wired, high-speed internet and ability to video call/screenshare
USB headset with microphone
Access to a quiet, secure, and professional workspace
Dual monitors (preferred but not required)
Access to Chrome web browser
You will be asked to provide internet speeds and computer specs/set-up during the application process
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Training hours will vary and are subject to change, but will fall within Customer Service hours of operation (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm CST)
Duration:

Start date: End of September 2022
End date: December 31, 2022 (extension possible based on performance and company needs)
