What You’ll Do
- Facilitate deliveries from booking through successful drop-off and everything in between
- Provide support for customers and drivers via chat and phone
- Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure smooth, successful deliveries
- Share operational feedback and identify pain points to help optimize logistics
What You Need
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service instincts
- Proficiency with G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
