CrewBloom connects fast-growing companies with outstanding remote professionals. For this client, you’ll serve as the frontline for customer success, supporting students through workshops, live sessions, and retreats while helping them thrive in their learning journey.

Schedule

  • Part-time, remote (20–25 hours per week)
  • Must be available for Monday meetings at 9:30 AM EST and Thursday sessions at 11 AM EST
  • Flexible scheduling required, including evenings and weekends for events

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary contact for students during online workshops and retreats
  • Host weekly group calls and live sessions to guide and support clients
  • Respond to chats and engage with the community on Facebook
  • Manage CRM updates, onboarding, and communications
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and scheduled sessions
  • Maintain a professional presence on video calls and live events

What You Need

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience (sales background preferred)
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus), Zoom, and spreadsheets
  • Professional demeanor, multitasking ability, and excellent time management
  • Positive attitude and commitment to personal and professional growth
