The company offers the ability for its employees to work remotely.What we do:Harvest Hosts is a membership program that connects 230,000+ RVers to local businesses and attractions – our “Hosts” – for overnight stays and unique experiences. Our model is a cost-free opportunity for hosts to share their offerings with our members by simply opening up space for an overnight stay.
The position: We are continuing to add new hosts to our network where our RV members can stay overnight. This includes farms, wineries, breweries, distilleries, golf courses, museums, churches and other scenic small businesses all over North America. We’re looking for energetic and digitally savvy professionals to join our Host Success team. This position will help onboard new Hosts, get their profiles set up on our website, update information for existing Hosts, and handle questions that may arise as members visit their businesses. This role should strive to ensure that every Host thrives within the program from the first day they join and members can experience everything the Host has to offer. We are looking for an individual with business-to-business experience, a helpful and outgoing personality, someone who is familiar with technology and thrives in a highly productive environment.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Familiar with standard computer-based customer service applications and CRM platforms
- Desire to ensure that every Host thrives within the program from the first day they join, and members can experience everything the Host has to offer
- 3+ years of work experience
- Critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity with a desire to improve processes
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Technical website and app navigation experience
- Professional phone presence and demeanor
- Overall positive attitude and sense of humor
- Hubspot and Intercom experience is a plus
- Travel and tourism industry experience a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Updating our Host CRM and other systems as Hosts are onboarded/supported
- Responding to Host emails through a ticketing system in a timely manner
- Performing administrative functions related to Hosts
- Proactive outreach to potential and current Hosts Educating and supporting Hosts with various tools including our online reservation tool
- Familiarizing yourself with RV types, lingo, and topics related to RVing
- Coordinating with other departments such as Host Recruiting and Member Success
- Outreach to Hosts as needed for welfare checks and initiatives
Compensation Range:
- $22 to $25 per hour
