Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must reside in Arizona)
- 8-hour shifts within 7 AM – 6 PM AZ time
What You’ll Do
- Enter and manage applications, rebates, and program data with near-perfect accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email in a customer-centric environment
- Support contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems
- Safeguard confidential customer information
- Assist with various energy efficiency programs as assigned
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer service and data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to evolving business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams); CRM experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in sustainability and energy efficiency
- Must be based in Arizona
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or project coordination
- Experience with utility rebate or incentive programs
- Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 base + annual discretionary bonus
- 3 weeks paid vacation + holidays
