What You’ll Do
- Support the Customer Service Manager with logistics, order processing, and customer inquiries.
- Manage inbound orders in NetSuite, tender shipments in TMX, and ensure customer needs are met.
- Oversee daily bill of ladings and verify order accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages, and communicate proactively with customers.
- Assist with SOP development as the supply chain team scales.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of logistics, 3PL, or CPG experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; ERP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, and Zoom.
