Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Estimated 15% travel (including overnight)

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Customer Service Manager with logistics, order processing, and customer inquiries.
  • Manage inbound orders in NetSuite, tender shipments in TMX, and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Oversee daily bill of ladings and verify order accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages, and communicate proactively with customers.
  • Assist with SOP development as the supply chain team scales.

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of logistics, 3PL, or CPG experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; ERP experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, and Zoom.
