Schedule
- Fully remote, US-based
- Occasional travel required (approx. 15%, including overnight)
What You’ll Do
- Manage and process customer orders in NetSuite, coordinating with carriers to ensure timely fulfillment
- Oversee daily logistics tasks such as bill of lading accuracy and inventory communication
- Act as a liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences
What You Need
- 1–2 years of logistics or supply chain experience (3PL or CPG a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; ERP and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom) preferred
