- Must be available to manage support inquiries in real-time
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer support calls, tickets, and escalations with superior service
- Perform data entry, database updates, and quality control checks
- Coordinate tasks for team members (timekeeping, inbox management, etc.)
- Support inquiries via Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
- Cross-train with colleagues and provide backup support when needed
What You Need
- 2+ years of related experience; High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and attention to detail
