  • Remote, US-based role

  • Must be available to manage support inquiries in real-time

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer support calls, tickets, and escalations with superior service
  • Perform data entry, database updates, and quality control checks
  • Coordinate tasks for team members (timekeeping, inbox management, etc.)
  • Support inquiries via Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
  • Cross-train with colleagues and provide backup support when needed

What You Need

  • 2+ years of related experience; High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and attention to detail
