Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Must be available during Contact Center hours
- Attendance is critical—100% participation required during the first 90 days of training
What You’ll Do
- Provide empathetic, professional support via phone and web-based channels
- Assist with scheduling deliveries, explaining benefits, and resolving billing or insurance issues
- Track and update orders, ensuring patients stay informed
- Manage 30–50 calls per day with accuracy and compassion
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries quickly
- Meet performance goals for productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage multiple systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to patient needs
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a distraction-free workspace
