Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Must be US-based; roles available in Needham, MA, Salt Lake City, UT, and other US locations)
- Standard weekday shifts with occasional flexibility required
What You’ll Do
- Receive and verify data and documents, ensuring accuracy before entry
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting materials
- Provide customer service support via phone and email, including basic troubleshooting and solutions
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist with additional program and support tasks as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6–12 months of related experience in a call center or customer support environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access a plus)
- Interest in sustainability and commitment to making an impact
