Schedule
Remote (U.S.). Full-time. Must be able to work an 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
What You’ll Do
- Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions
- Enter data into multiple database applications with strong accuracy
- Receive and review documents, then compile, sort, interpret, and verify information for processing
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls and provide customer-centric call handling
- Safeguard confidential customer information
- Collaborate with other departments to support customers and program delivery
- Provide peer training or job shadowing support when assigned
- Support other programs within the department as needed and handle other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of related experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency with 10-key data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, customer-friendly approach
