What You’ll Do
- Receive sourcing documents and application data, then compile, sort, interpret, and verify details for entry
- Enter data into various database applications with accuracy and consistency
- Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customers
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls with clear, helpful service
- Communicate with other departments to support customers and keep work moving
- Handle other related tasks as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6–12 months of related work experience in a call center environment
- Fluent in English
- Interest in sustainability and motivation to support environmental impact work
