Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Pay: $15/hr
  • Hiring in: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Home internet required: DSL or Cable (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum)
  • Equipment provided by Alorica (including webcam)

What You’ll Do

  • Help customers resolve product and service concerns
  • Document call details for auditing and reporting
  • Update customer records as needed
  • Recommend or upsell enhanced services

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude
