Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the U.S.
- Collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
Responsibilities
- Process orders and order change requests accurately and on time
- Verify shipment and delivery dates based on inventory, forecasting, and customer requirements
- Monitor unshipped orders, proactively following up to maintain satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Resolve order and shipment issues (pricing discrepancies, damaged/missing product, credits)
- Communicate order status updates with sales and customers
- Support Order-to-Cash processes, invoice corrections, and credit authorizations
- Meet key metrics (e.g., >98% order accuracy, 100% confirmations within 24 hours)
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, CPG, or Supply Chain
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills, verbal and written
- Problem-solving ability with limited standardization
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite experience preferred
