What You’ll Do
- Lead new clients through onboarding and setup across PushPress products (Core, Train, Branded App)
- Collect key business info needed for website onboarding
- Deliver onboarding via 1:1 consults, group trainings, and Intercom support
- Teach workflows and best practices tailored to each gym’s goals
- Track onboarding progress in HubSpot and proactively remove blockers
- Partner with Support and Ops to close gaps and improve the onboarding journey
- Maintain and refresh onboarding materials (Help Docs, PushStart content)
- Spot early churn risk signals and escalate appropriately
- Provide quick “how-to” chat help during the critical early phase
What You Need
- 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, or client-facing SaaS
- 2+ years in gym ownership, gym management, or coaching/fitness role
- Strong understanding of fitness business operations and client needs
- Confident communicator (warm, clear, calm under pressure)
- Strong follow-up habits and project management instincts
- Comfort on video + screen sharing (including mobile-to-desktop training)
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for operational excellence
- Tools comfort: Intercom, Zoom, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack (PushPress familiarity is a plus)
