DaySmart provides business management software focused on scheduling and workflow solutions for businesses worldwide. TeamUp (goteamup.com) is DaySmart’s platform for fitness businesses, helping gyms and studios manage payments, scheduling, member management, and operations.

Schedule
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm Eastern Time Zone, with occasional flexibility to work later if needed.
US-based role with flexible work arrangements including fully remote, in-person, or hybrid; remote work includes active participation in meetings and video calls.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned new customers, delivering onboarding through meetings, chat, and email while tracking milestones and keeping providers on pace to go-live.

⦁ Conduct live training sessions and walkthroughs tailored to each customer’s workflows, ensuring configurations like payments, policies, and integrations are implemented before launch.

⦁ Support data imports and migrations using internal tools and AI, troubleshoot formatting issues, and contribute to onboarding documentation and help content improvements.

What You Need

⦁ 2+ years of onboarding experience and 2+ years working with SaaS platforms.

⦁ Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in an approachable way, plus experience with data imports and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

⦁ Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at once, stay organized, and collaborate remotely across time zones while escalating issues when needed.
