Booqable is looking for a specialist in Customer Onboarding to join our growing Customer Success team. Our new customers are introduced immediately to their dedicated Onboarding Specialist, who will lead them through the onboarding process to ensure their success with Booqable and get them ready to improve their rental business efficiency from day one!
The candidate we’re looking for is experienced with web-based technologies, product tours, passionate about helping customers, and excels in communication via email (Intercom, or a similar application) and video conferencing.
What you’ll do
- Onboard new customers like no other!
- Assist, educate, and help onboard new customers
- Communicate with our customers using a variety of channels
- Engage in welcome calls and follow-up calls
- Track feedback and issues while working directly with the product team to improve the product
You need to
- Speak and write English fluently
- Understand customer problems and needs
- Be able to explain products, features, and functionality with accuracy and simplicity
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner
- Be confident and courteous when communicating with customers
Nice to have
- Prior experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) products
- Familiarity with software like Intercom and Hubspot
- You’re a naturally empathetic and articulate communicator
- Experience with creating onboarding videos and product tours
- Prior experience in a startup environment
