Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote role
- Flexible working hours with collaboration across teams (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Support, and Engineering)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, including account setup and data migrations
- Provide detailed product walkthroughs and educate customers on best practices
- Communicate requirements, expectations, and progress clearly to stakeholders
- Record and track onboarding needs and feedback in HubSpot
- Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders, from front-line users to executives
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver superior onboarding experiences
- Leverage feedback to continuously improve onboarding processes
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or a customer-facing role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to resolve escalated client issues
- Experience building relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders (Director to C-Suite)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and improve team processes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills
