Schedule
Remote, full-time role (United States). High-volume outbound environment with expectations of 75+ outbound dials per day or 5+ hours of talk time. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped earning potential tied to customer activity targets in the first 30 days.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with newly enrolled Pros to build a customized onboarding plan based on their goals
- Support Pros over their first 30 days to help them hit activity targets and achieve early success
- Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to maximize connections
- Listen for customer needs, handle objections, and resell the value of the product when needed
- Coach customers on product basics, implementation, and how to use Housecall Pro to reach their goals
- Identify high-risk accounts quickly and escalate to appropriate resolution paths
- Collaborate as a strong team player using customer service, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving
What You Need
- 2+ years of full-time experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Professional attitude and demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable coaching customers to success
- Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency (helpful)
- 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience (plus)
