Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between the tax department, Service Readiness, and new customers
- Lead initial onboarding for tax, including reconciliation reviews and tax setup
- Provide audit explanations for non-notice ticket items
- Maintain open communication channels via email, CRM tickets, calls, and onsite visits
- Prioritize and schedule customer calls with relevant parties
- Develop in-depth knowledge of each customer in your portfolio and their needs
- Collaborate with Customer Success and internal stakeholders to stay aligned on customer goals
- Serve as an expert on OSV Tax Systems and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- 3–5 years of customer service, tax, and/or payroll experience
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax rules and requirements
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Payroll outsourcing or shared services experience
