Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the U.S.
- Flexible hours, but must adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
- Availability for email, chat, and phone coverage as needed
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Provide clear, helpful guidance on products, services, and brand philosophy
- Manage customer tickets efficiently across multiple systems
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with proactive solutions
- Collaborate with other teams for complex case resolution
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Blueprint’s products, mission, and community
- Engage in community discussions, forums, and social media to stay connected with customer sentiment
- Collect and share customer feedback for product and service improvements
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple systems/tickets
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Adaptability in a high-speed, evolving environment
- Passion for health, wellness, and Blueprint’s mission
Preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Familiarity with Shipbob, Shopify, and Gorgias
- Knowledge of the Blueprint Protocol
Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000–$65,000/year
