Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote (open to candidates in Europe)
  • Must be available weekends (Saturday and Sunday required)
  • Shifts are 5 days per week, scheduled within a 7-day cycle to cover 24/7 operations

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver fast, accurate, empathetic support via chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve issues related to shifts, payments, and platform access in real time
  • Navigate CRMs (Zendesk/Salesforce) and Google Workspace tools to manage cases and maintain records
  • Troubleshoot problems with sound judgment and escalate when necessary
  • Personalize communications with professionalism, accuracy, and care
  • Monitor trends, flag recurring issues, and suggest process improvements
  • Support onboarding for new workers to build their confidence and trust in the platform
  • Uphold Clipboard’s values: speed, ownership, and uncompromising standards

What You Need

  • Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of customer support experience (chat or voice)
  • 2+ years of CRM experience (Zendesk/Salesforce)
  • 2+ years working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative-driven mindset
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure
  • Collaborative, team-oriented attitude

  • Wired internet, minimum 15 Mbps
  • Intel i5 or equivalent processor
  • 12GB RAM minimum
