What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve routing inquiries and mapping discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot routing issues, analyze driver feedback, and report mapping inconsistencies.
- Follow up on bug reports and feature requests, keeping customers informed.
- Provide hands-on support via phone, email, and chat for routing and navigation questions.
- Partner with Customer Experience Managers to ensure proactive communication and clear resolutions.
What You Need
- Prior customer-facing experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple issues and follow up promptly.
- Hands-on mindset with the flexibility to learn new systems on the fly.
