- Pay range: $41,600–$55,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Take, evaluate, and resolve incoming calls about DBL and PFL in a professional, customer-first way
- Deliver strong phone etiquette and a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and follow through to resolution
- Manage calls for one-call resolution when possible, and document accurately every time
- Communicate claim status clearly and send/process emails promptly
- Help callers complete policy-related information and meet production goals
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong empathy and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
