Schedule

  • Part-time, fully remote within the US
  • Flexible scheduling with live phone/email coverage required during shifts

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, leads, and messages within 24 hours
  • Prepare, approve, and send job proposals; follow up after deposit for scheduling
  • Manage Home Tech scheduling and coordinate onsite visits when needed
  • Provide customers with scheduling updates and service progress
  • Post referral statements and job photos on social media and company site
  • Follow up with completed jobs for service updates and referrals
  • Close out jobs in operational/accounting systems and send automated invoices
  • Keep close communication with Owner/General Manager, Service Techs, and customers
  • Log all data into Lead Tracker Database and HouseCallPro/Workiz systems

Requirements

  • Customer service/call center experience with a professional phone presence
  • Pleasant speaking voice and positive, helpful demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple calls, emails, and voicemails promptly
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Home office setup with computer, microphone headset, and high-speed internet
  • Must pass a background check
  • Enjoy working with the public and exceeding expectations

Compensation & Benefits

  • $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
