Part-time | Fully Remote | $12–$14 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages—ensuring every customer receives timely, friendly communication.
  • Prepare and send job proposals; schedule services once deposits are received.
  • Manage and coordinate Home Tech schedules and service calls.
  • Arrange on-site visits for complex projects.
  • Maintain real-time communication between customers, techs, and management.
  • Post referral statements and job photos to company social media and website.
  • Conduct post-job check-ins and gather referrals.
  • Close out jobs and send invoices through operational systems (HouseCallPro/Workiz).
  • Log all leads, schedules, and communications accurately.

What You Need

  • 1+ year of telephone customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A pleasant, professional phone manner (smiling voice encouraged).
  • Reliable home computer setup with microphone headset and high-speed internet.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • A genuine desire to exceed expectations and leave a great impression.
