Schedule

  • Part-time
  • Fully remote within the U.S.
  • Requires evening and weekend availability for calls and scheduling

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, leads, and return customer messages promptly
  • Prepare and send job proposals, schedule service calls, and track deposits
  • Manage daily scheduling for Home Techs and coordinate onsite visits
  • Provide updates and maintain communication with customers throughout jobs
  • Post referral statements and photos to social media and company website
  • Conduct follow-up calls for completed jobs, log all data into tracking systems
  • Generate invoices and close out jobs in operational and accounting systems

What You Need

  • Prior customer service or phone support experience
  • Pleasant speaking voice and strong communication skills
  • High-speed internet, computer, and headset with microphone
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, service-oriented mindset with the desire to exceed expectations
