TruBlue Home Service Ally® provides handyman, home maintenance, and senior modification services that help busy adults and seniors live comfortably and worry-free. From small repairs to preventative programs, TruBlue’s insured Tru-Pros® handle it all with professionalism and care.
Schedule
- Fully remote, part-time role within the U.S.
- Flexible hours with direct reporting to the President of TruBlue Houston
- $12–$14 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, return voicemails, and reply to emails within 24 hours
- Prepare, send, and follow up on job proposals and deposits
- Manage daily scheduling for Home Techs and onsite visits
- Communicate with customers on scheduling and job updates
- Post customer referrals and photos on social media and company website
- Call back after completed jobs for service updates and referrals
- Close out jobs in operational/accounting systems and send automated invoices
- Maintain close contact with the Owner/GM, Service Techs, and customers
What You Need
- Prior telephone customer service experience
- Clear, pleasant speaking voice and professional communication skills
- Home computer with microphone headset and high-speed internet
- Ability to pass background check
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for exceeding expectations
