BroadPath is hiring remote Customer Care Specialists to provide exceptional service to members and patients. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, answer benefit and claim questions, schedule services, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote within the United States
  • Monday–Friday with standard business hours (varies by project)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls to support members and patients with inquiries, benefits, and scheduling
  • Provide accurate information about health plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage
  • Schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments with providers
  • Process referrals, authorizations, and prescription renewals
  • Assist with claims, billing questions, and account updates
  • Review and update insurance eligibility and member records
  • Document all interactions in EMR or CRM systems
  • Communicate with providers and internal teams via phone, email, or secure messaging
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of high-volume call center customer service experience
  • Stable work history with at least one year per role
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain accuracy
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
  • Commitment to a long-term career with BroadPath

Preferred:

  • Appointment scheduling or health benefits experience
  • Familiarity with EMR/CRM systems (EPIC, Facets, or similar)
  • Knowledge of medical or insurance terminology
